Challenge

Provide an app that would allow Eagle Management Group customers a near real time visual status of their orders.

Project Goals

• Accessible by customer from anywhere (i.e. mobile)
• Displays booth photos linked to orders
• Customer can view time-based recent photos
• Customer can search for specific orders with accompanying photos
• Provides good visual resolution in each photo
• Provides ability to zoom in/out on a photo

Our Solution

Cyberwolf Software designed and developed a mobile app using Ionic 4. The resulting iOS/Android app provided the functionality as described in the project goals - photos linked to orders, recent time-based access to order photos and a search form to allow customer filtering of order photos.

Results

The challenge and project goals have been met. An Eagle Management Group customer can view and search photos related to their orders. Since the project's success, Eagle has already requested enhancements to the deliverables to add additional status updates for the customer.
